ARREST
On November 16th at approximately 1:00 AM three subjects were seen in the area of the 4600 block N. Bartlett Ave. The subjects fled upon seeing a squad car. Two of the subjects, both 16 year old boys were taken into custody. One of the subjects had a warrant for Take and Drive Motor Vehicle without Owner's Consent.
THEFT
On November 14th at approximately 5:00 PM, a resident in the 1500 block E Blackthorne Pl. let a solicitor inside the home. Resident noticed a purse missing a short time later.
Sometime between 4:30 PM and 10:30 PM on November 14th, a cell phone was taken from the Jewish Community Center.
