Administration
The Administration Department is made up of the Village Manager, Assistant Village Manager, and the Village Attorney. The Administration Department carries out the vision and directives of the Village Board and provides day-to-day direction and support to all Village Departments.

Assessor's Office
The Assessor is responsible for setting the value of all property within the Village to determine the taxable value of real and personal property.

Building Services
The Building Services Department is responsible for issuing building permits and conducting all related inspections within the Village.

Finance
The Finance Director prepares the annual Village Budget and maintains the Village's financial records.

Health Department
The North Shore Health Department mission is to assure, promote, and protect the health and safety of the people in the North Shore. The Health Department serves the North Shore communities of Bayside, Brown Deer, Fox Point, Glendale, River Hills, Shorewood, and Whitefish Bay.

Library
The Whitefish Bay Public Library was established in 1937 in the basement of the old Village Hall. The original building for the library was built in 1955, but due to a large increase in circulation it was expanded and remodeled in June of 2002. The Whitefish Bay Public Library, as a cornerstone of the community, is dedicated to connecting people of all ages, inspiring a love of learning and providing easy access to ideas, information and resources.

Municipal Court
The mission of the Municipal Court is to provide for the efficient administration of the justice system. The Municipal Court has jurisdiction over actions involving violation of municipal ordinances.

North Shore Fire Department
The North Shore Fire Department (NSFD) provides emergency services to the North Shore communities of Bayside, Brown Deer, Fox Point, Glendale, River Hills, Shorewood, and Whitefish Bay.

North Shore Water Commission
The North Shore Water Commission (NSWC) governs a municipal water treatment plant that is owned and operated by Glendale, Whitefish Bay, and Fox Point.

Police Department
The Police Department is made up of dedicated men and women sworn to serve and protect residents of Whitefish Bay.

Public Works / Engineering
The Public Works/Engineering Department serves the residents by providing refuse and recycling pick up, water and sewer line maintenance, street and sidewalk maintenance, and parks and forestry development.

Recreation Department
Through Whitefish Bay School District, through the Recreation and Community Education Department, is committed to improving the quality of life. This is achieved by providing a wide variety of quality recreational, educational, cultural and social programs and services for all resident and students of Whitefish Bay.

Village Clerk
The Village Clerk maintains and provides public access to official Village documents and record. It is also the Village Clerk's responsibility to issue a variety of licenses and permits. In addition, the Village Clerk's office provides general assistance to residents and visitors of the Village.
